In a fast-paced working world, it is a real challenge to retain employees in a company in the long term. But with the LTE-group, this is reality. Since its founding in 2000, the LTE-group has grown to over 600 employees and generates a turnover of more than 200 million Euro per year. The fact that this was possible is thanks primarily to her employees, who appreciate the special corporate culture.

As Ján Biznár, MD of LTE Slovakia and Czechia recently summarized: “We have had good experiences with initially installing new employees in the “dispo” department, which is the heart of a railway company, so to speak. Here you will learn to understand the processes and what is important to us. This forms a good basis for being able to work with us in an informed and successful manner.”

The fascination with rail freight transport is another reason for many of our employees to enjoy working at LTE-group.
