Francesco Bacarini, Managing Director of LTE IT, together with Andreas Mandl and Michael Benda recently welcomed the five newcomers who already started their training to become train drivers at LTE's youngest subsidiary.

In doing so, the company takes effective measures against the current shortage of technically experienced employees.
"Thanks to our perseverance during the pandemic, we were able to obtain the necessary security licences in 2022 and start our operational business at the end of the year," reports Francesco Bacarini, MD of LTE IT. "In order to successfully implement the plans to position ourselves in the north-east and later the entire northern Italian area, you do not only need a competitive fleet, but also enough qualified employees." LTE IT's two experienced train drivers will be joined by five more colleagues after finishing their ongoing training.
In the meantime, Francesco and the 17 employees of LTE IT's team in Trieste are happy about the first transport, which left on January 12th 2023, of course, this time under the motto "Cogito ergo moveo".
