"There is hardly anything that LTE does not transport," he sums up diverse projects that have been mastered, "whereby grain transport is a focal point in our extensive portfolio." With this, Botond immediately addresses another trump card of the group , “our international teamwork. In recent years in particular, we have relied on seamless cooperation within the group, and our success has proven us right: depending on the transport, one company takes the lead and can immediately rely on the other teams with precise coordination of requirements on the other corridors.”

An example of best practice is the transport of grain to the Netherlands. “Our Dutch team is in the lead here. We had presented our customer with a corresponding concept including grain wagon sets, they placed their trust in us, and since then the regular handling of the transports has been running smoothly via the two large corridors, the Danube Shuttle and/or the Bohemia Shuttle.”

At the moment, more than 70 employees work for LTE HU, who deal brilliantly with the daily challenges. "In accordance with our philosophy, LTE carries out almost 100% international transport, i.e. either export/import or transit traffic," adds Botond, "and this means that we are excellently positioned with our Europe-wide corporate structure." With this he once again refers to the credo in the group, to uphold the team spirit of all 13 sister companies.

Speaking of family: besides tending the house and garden on the outskirts of Budapest their agenda shows holidays in Austria, for example to go skiing, because "our two children really like it too," he reports proudly. The passion for alpine skiing is no coincidence, as Botond spent his early childhood in Vienna, and since then, winter feeling on the Planai have been one of the highlights of the year. In summer, the leather is round again for the football fan and thus closes the closes for both familiy and company, because the same principle apply: moveo ergo sum.
